Quid designo per quartam timeframe, est res partes:

1. Primis quarter, Q1: 1 Ianuarii - 31 Martii (90 dies or * 91 diebus in annis bisextilis)
2. Secundus quarter, Q2: 1 Aprilis - 30 mensis Iunii (91 diebus)
3. tertia quarter, Q3: 1 July – 30 Septembris (92 diebus)
4. Fourth quarter, This autumn: 1 October – 31 Decembris (92 diebus)

Mea sententia, I would place it as a really highly effective timeframe surpassing the weekly (second most significant). Many of the causes are included on this text:
