Backtesting:
The first back test was conducted with the advised settings file (which is contained in the adviser's archive) and during the advised timeframe from the developer, with the lot size being changed to 0.01 as the only other change. Testing in the past history was conducted with a minimum balance of $100.

Why then did we alter the settings since the EA already produces good results with the suggested parameters, and as you can see, the outcome is even superior than what we achieved with the original settings. The issue is that this adviser truly displays incredible results during the back test, and I seriously doubt that it will produce the same profit on real accounts with these settings. After all, the suggested parameters contain very strict trading conditions that demand, first and foremost, a very low spread, which is not always true for gold, since the adviser opens positions with a very small stop, to the point where for some brokers the transaction will be closed immediately by the adviser. But even so, this is just my opinion, and everything needs to be checked.
It was decided to try to set up the adviser for suitable trading conditions for a variety of reasons, and it appears to me that we were successful. The outcome in the tester was also favorable, but this was only a back test, which typically does not accurately reflect real trading. Don't rely on it, so try the adviser first on a demo account—better yet, on a real account—and study the trades. Only then will it be possible to determine with certainty whether the adviser is profitable or not. In any event, we provide this expert at no cost to you, so why not?
