Good easy system

15 minute charts (so to not manic)
Set two tremendous tendencies on the chart, one for the 15 minute chart and the MTF Supertrend for the 30 minute

I've the dolly buying and selling instances indicator on the chart and I begin buying and selling round 6am EST, cease buying and selling round 9am

When the 30 minute supertrend is beneath the 15 minute supertrend I'm in search of longs, and after I see value breaking help I'm going lengthy
